THE OBJECTIVE OF THE DEPARTMENT

The objective of the department is to form and develop knowledge, skills, and abilities in students and trainees regarding the general organization of prosecutor's activities and the implementation of prosecutorial supervision during the educational process. This objective aims to ensure a seamless connection between theoretical preparation and practical application based on modern forms of education, pedagogical methods, and information technologies.

• Organizational and legal foundations of prosecutorial activity

• Organizational and legal foundations of prosecutorial activity
• Issues of prosecutorial supervision over law enforcement
• System analysis and decision-making in the legal field.

Prosecutorial supervision over compliance with laws in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the State Security Service, and the Customs Service.

Karimov Ulugbek Khakimdjanovich
