Yevgeniy Vyacheslavovich Kolenko - born on 21 February 1977 in Tashkent, he graduated from Tashkent State Law Institute in 1999 and from the Higher Training Courses of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2013. Doctor of Philosophy in Legal Sciences, Professor. Senior Counsellor of Justice. He began his professional career in 1999 at the Chilanzar District Prosecutor’s Office of Tashkent. In subsequent years, he served in various responsible positions at the Tashkent City Prosecutor’s Office and within the system of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2017–2018, he served as Head of the Higher Training Courses of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and in 2018–2023, as Head of the Academy of the Prosecutor General’s Office. Since 2023, he has been serving as First Deputy Head of the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2008, he was awarded the “Jasorat Medal”, and in 2017, the “Do‘stlik Order”.

Durbek Lermonovich Turaxonov - born on 25 January 1986 in Andijan Region. In 2006, he graduated from Tashkent State Law Institute, in 2018 from the Academy of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and in 2022 from Westminster International University in Tashkent. Holds the academic title of Associate Professor. Senior Counsellor of Justice. He began his professional career in 2006 at the Andijan City Prosecutor’s Office. Subsequently, he served in various responsible positions within the Andijan Regional Prosecutor’s Office and the system of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2019–2021, he served as Head of the Department for Organizing Supervision over the Implementation of Legislation at the Academy of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and in 2021–2023, as First Deputy Head of the Academy for Academic Affairs. Since 2023, he has been serving as Deputy Head of the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Financial and Economic Affairs.

Adham Sa’dulloyevich Odinaev - born on 2 July 1985 in Kashkadarya Region. In 2007, he graduated from the bachelor’s programme at Tashkent State Law Institute, and in 2009, from the master’s programme at the same institute. Doctor of Legal Sciences (DSc), Professor. Senior Counsellor of Justice. He began his professional career in 2009 as a lecturer at the Higher Training Courses of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Subsequently, he worked in various responsible positions within the prosecution authorities of Tashkent Region and the system of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2020–2023, he served as Senior Prosecutor, Head of Department, and Head of the Department for Organizing and Monitoring the Educational Process at the Academy of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2023–2025, he served as Head of the Academic and Methodological Department of the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and in 2025–2026, as Acting Deputy Head of the Academy for Scientific Affairs and Innovations. Since 2026, he has been serving as Deputy Head of the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Scientific Affairs and Innovations.

Uygun Uchkunovich Nigmadjanov - born on 26 January 1981 in Tashkent. In 2003, he graduated from Tashkent State Law Institute, in 2014 from the Higher Training Courses of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and in 2025 from the University of Sussex in the United Kingdom. Senior Counsellor of Justice. He began his professional career in the system of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan and subsequently served in various responsible positions within the Tashkent City Prosecutor’s Office and the system of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2018–2023, he served as Deputy Head of the Academy of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Financial and Economic Affairs, and since 2023, he has been serving as Deputy Head of the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan for International Cooperation and Work with Youth.
