Distance learning continues within the framework of the professional retraining course for managerial personnel

Currently, interns are undergoing distance learning at the Academy as part of the first stage of the competition for admission to the course of retraining of reserve personnel for senior positions in the prosecution authorities.

The content of the qualification improvement course has been developed taking into account the needs of the trainees and is aimed at the formation and consolidation of knowledge and skills, including systemic analysis and critical thinking, a strong sense of justice, and responsibility in ensuring legality.

This week's training includes relevant issues of ensuring prosecutorial powers in courts. Within the framework of this educational module, the implementation of judicial reform, recent changes and innovations in legislation, and the organization of activities related to the exercise of the prosecutor's powers in criminal, civil, economic, and administrative cases are discussed. Additionally, discussions are held on problems arising in law enforcement practice and measures to address them, and educational sessions on current issues are provided".
