As part of the traditional scientific class at the Academy, a hybrid master class was conducted by Professor Chris Thornhill from the University of Manchester on the topic of "Empirical Research in the Field of Comparative Constitutional Law."
The event was attended by professors and teachers from the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies, the Higher School of Judges, the National Human Rights Center, doctoral students, and independent researchers.
The foreign expert from the Academy provided detailed information to the participants about research methods, and the relevance, and importance of empirical research in comparative constitutional law studies.
Independent researchers and doctoral students also exchanged opinions on global constitutions and constitutional reforms.
