At the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, master's degree programs are being conducted based on practical-oriented educational programs in demand today, including "Fight against Corruption" and "International Human Rights Law".
To ensure harmony between theory and practice, and to strengthen the knowledge and skills of the students, regular meetings are organized with leading experts in the field.
The next such meeting at the Academy took place on February 2, 2023, with the Director of the Republic of Uzbekistan Anti-Corruption Agency, A.E. Burkhanov.
During the meeting, the Director of the Agency informed the participants about the identification of sectors with high corruption risks, the implementation of anti-corruption compliance control in government and business management agencies, the declaration of income and assets by public officials, and also provided information about the implementation of the anti-corruption control system in the field of government procurement.
During this meeting, which continued in the form of constructive dialogue, the students and researchers received answers to their questions of interest.
The event became another step in strengthening cooperation between the Academy and the Agency in the field of training qualified specialists and expanding anti-corruption education.
