The dissertation was successfully defended

The dissertation titled "Improvement of Organizational and Legal Foundations for Swift Investigative Measures in Combating Unauthorized Taking Out of Currency Valuables Based on Foreign Countries' Experience" by F.R.Gafurov, an independent researcher at the General Prosecutor's Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in the specialty "12.00.09 - Criminal Procedure. Forensics, Criminalistic Science, and Judicial Expertise" has been defended for the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Legal Sciences.

The dissertation analyzed the organizational aspects of swift investigative measures in combating unauthorized taking out of currency valuables based on the experience of foreign countries and proposed recommendations for improving national legislation.

Based on the results of the dissertation defense, the Council members considered it deserving of the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Legal Sciences.
