The first stage of the selection process for the training course on retraining leaders has been completed

The first stage of the selection process for accepting candidates for the professional retraining course for leadership positions in the prosecutor's offices, organized in the 2022/2023 academic year at the Law Enforcement Academy, has been completed.

The selection process consisted of three stages, with the preliminary stage involving the training of 104 applicants in the activities and management principles of prosecutor's offices over a three-month distance learning course.

Those who participated in the distance learning course and achieved above-average scores were admitted to the second stage of the selection process. In this stage, 44 employees of the Chief Prosecutor's Office, the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions, Tashkent city, Uzbekistan Military, and Transport Prosecutor's Offices, as well as the Department and Compulsory Execution Bureau under the Chief Prosecutor's Office, were accepted. Additionally, a certificate was awarded to 66 employees who completed a 144-hour skills enhancement course in the first stage.

In the second stage, the candidates will be trained in modern management, decision-making processes, knowledge, and skills related to ongoing reforms in our country, as well as personal and professional development. This stage will consist of a 36-hour distance learning course over the course of one month.

Throughout the course, the candidates will apply their experiences and perform analytical work and presentations aimed at improving the operational activities of the prosecutor's offices.
