Course on Enhancing Skills in Protecting and Safeguarding Women and Girls from Violence and Abuse

The Law Enforcement Academy has been conducting a training course for prosecutors to enhance their skills in protecting and safeguarding women and girls from violence and abuse, based on specially developed educational content.

During the 2022-2023 academic year, this extensive course, which is being held in a distance learning format, is being attended by prosecutors from Kashkadarya Region.

The course covers topics such as ensuring the rights of women, implementing legal oversight in the areas of protecting and safeguarding them from violence and abuse, ensuring women's rights through the judicial system, preventing crimes and violations committed against women and girls, and addressing issues related to their rehabilitation. The course provides study materials on these topics.

In this course, theoretical exercises are combined with practical and simulation exercises, which contribute to the professional development of the participants.
