The Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan is systematically cooperating with leading foreign educational and research institutions to expand academic mobility and introduce best practices in the field of training prosecutor-investigative personnel.
In cooperation with Lund University, the International Credit Mobility program of the Erasmus+ grant and the project "Central Asian Law: Legal Cultures and Business Environments in Central Asia" are being implemented.
Organization of joint scientific research, exchange of pedagogical experience, internships, and educational programs are being carried out within the framework of cooperation.
In the academic year 2022/2023, two Master's students of the Academy continue the second semester of the Master's degree at the Department of Sociology of Law at Lund University.
Students have the opportunity to exchange ideas with students and researchers from more than 40 countries within the framework of research, to study the best practices of European countries in human rights and other fields, and to master innovative research methods.
Also, the Academy is involved in the "Central Asian Law: Legal Cultures and Business Environments in Central Asia" project of the European Commission coordinated by Lund University. The University of Zurich, Karlov University in Prague, Riga Higher Law School, Marmara University, University of Latvia, and other famous educational institutions are participating in this project organized within the framework of the consortium.
Within the framework of this project, a doctoral student of the Academy is conducting scientific research work at Lund University.
Mutually beneficial cooperation makes a significant contribution to increasing the educational and research potential of the Academy.
