A roundtable discussion was held on the topic "Role of women in law enforcement agencies"

On March 16, 2023, a roundtable discussion was held with female students at the Law Enforcement Academy on the topic "The role of women in law enforcement agencies" with the participation of experienced military servicemen and female officers serving in the systems of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

This event was organized to form and develop the knowledge, skills, and qualifications of female students in terms of professional training, to prepare them for future service activities, to increase their interest in service, and to increase their passion for their profession.

During the event, the guests shared their impressions and life experiences during their service activities, along with explaining the content of the reforms implemented in the systems of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Guard, and normative legal and departmental documents defining the service activities.

During the open discussion, the students received detailed answers to the questions they were interested in.

Such meetings serve to make students proud of their profession and to form their sense of responsibility and loyalty, and they play an important role in becoming responsible and honorable professionals in the future.
