In the way of methodical provision of the prosecutor's control over the implementation of legislation related to the development of the agrarian and food industries

A methodological manual entitled "Prosecutor's Control over the Implementation of Legislation on the Development of the Agricultural and food sectors" was prepared by the Academy of Law Enforcement.

This manual guides the activities of the prosecutor's office in the areas of prevention of the plundering of land resources, development of agrarian and food sectors, development of fisheries in natural lakes, and control over the implementation of legislation on the use of water resources, as well as an introduction to the content of existing regulatory documents, analysis at the stage of preparation for inspection. was developed to methodically provide necessary information and issues to be studied during the inspection process.

At the same time, the manual covers control objects, their inspection procedures, mechanisms, and other issues.

This methodological manual is delivered to regional prosecutor's offices, equivalent prosecutor's offices, and district (city) prosecutor's offices for use in their activities.
