Meeting of undergraduate students with judges

A meeting of undergraduate students with judges of the Yunusabad District Court on criminal cases was held at the Law Enforcement Academy.

Deputy chairman of the district court F. Ismailova, judges O. Khayitov, A. Shamakhmudov, U. Musaev, and A. Mukhiddinov, head of the Academy department B. Bahrombekov and undergraduate students took part in the event.

During the event, Judge O. Khayitov explained the content of the laws adopted in connection with the amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding the judicial activity, Judge A. Shamakhmudov, the pedagogic staff's performance of their duties and increased responsibility for obstructing the legal activity of a medical worker.

Also, within the framework of the event, a mobile court session of the criminal case under part 1 of Article 276 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan was held under the chairmanship of Judge F. Ismailova.

At the end of the event, the students received full answers to their questions about the problems arising in the application of criminal and criminal procedural law from the judges.
