THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN CONTINUES ACCEPTANCE FOR THE BACHELOR OF LAW ENFORCEMENT ACADEMY

Based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 28, 2022 "On the introduction of a qualitatively new system of training qualified personnel in the field of a criminal investigation", the Academy of Law Enforcement of the Republic of Uzbekistan was established based on the Academy of the General Prosecutor's Office, ensuring that personnel in the field of criminal investigation are closely related to practice. a continuous training system aimed at training based on a unified approach was launched.

Starting from the 2023/2024 academic year, the training of legal personnel in "Investigative activities" of the bachelor's degree and other bachelor's degrees of jurisprudence was introduced in the Law Enforcement Academy.

Accordingly, it is announced that admission to the "Investigative Activities" undergraduate course for the 2023/2024 academic year at the Law Enforcement Academy has begun.

Teaching at the bachelor's degree of the Academy is organized in Uzbek and Russian languages, based on state grants and payment-contract. Graduates of the Academy who have completed their studies based on state grants are obliged to work for at least three years in the competent state bodies.

During admission to the Academy, certain categories of entrants are not given the privileges provided by the legislation for admission to other higher education institutions of the republic.

Graduates of the Academy in the direction of "Investigative activity" are appointed to positions that are included in the ranks of officers or rank when they are accepted into the service of the competent state bodies.

Candidates will register on the special electronic platform of the Agency for Evaluation of Knowledge and Skills under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation (https://my.uzbmb.uz/) until May 15 of this year.
