At the Law Enforcement Academy, a practical session dedicated to pertinent issues in psychology was held. The event was attended by instructors from the Department of Occupational Psychology and Management Activity, E. Sattarov, I. Mahmoudov, and Z. Karimov, as well as the head of the Department of Spirituality and Education B. Bahrombekov, associate professor at the Uzbekistan International Islamic Academy Kh. Alimov, and undergraduate students of the Academy.
During the session, in-depth explanations were given on the current trends in the field of psychology, the problems that arise in practice, and their solutions. Additionally, special attention was paid to the mental state of law enforcement officials and the significant issues encountered in the practical work of psychologists. Specifically, the psychological challenges and problems faced by preventive inspectors in the internal affairs agencies were thoroughly discussed.
Furthermore, topics related to motivating and influencing students, enhancing their well-being, promoting their independence, eliminating self-doubt, and dealing with stressful situations were addressed. At the end of the session, the students had the opportunity to receive answers to their questions of interest.
