Discussion of the dissertation on the topic "Issues of Tackling Corruption in Public Education" took place during the academic hour by doctoral candidate M. Abdulloeva at the Academy for the Protection of Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
During this academic hour, researchers and professors from the Academy, representatives of collaborating organizations, including the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent State University of Law, Judicial High School, Institute of Ionosphere and Space Research, professors and researchers from the National Center for Human Rights attended the discussion.
The academic hour included various aspects related to tackling corruption in public education including the concept, objectives, and tasks of combating corruption in public education, legal foundations of anti-corruption activities in the field of public education, classification and forms of corruption in the education system, analysis of corrupt practices related to administrative management and labor relations in public education, analysis of corrupt practices in the admission and organization of educational activities, analysis of corrupt practices in financial and economic activities within the public education system, and presentation of the experiences of some foreign countries in tackling corruption in public education.
Researchers responded to questions related to the topic. The effectiveness of such events was recognized and it was recommended to continue organizing them regularly.
