Another skills development course has been completed

The skills development course has been completed at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the assistants of district (city) prosecutors and their affiliates to enhance the effectiveness of "Ensuring the Prosecutor's Authority in Conducting Judicial Proceedings in Criminal Cases".

This skills development course was organized in a blended learning format, utilizing modern pedagogical and information-communication technologies during distance learning and classroom activities.

The curriculum was developed by the professors and instructors of the Academy, taking into account relevant issues arising from prosecutorial practice. The learning materials, practical examples, tests, and cases, as well as multimedia learning materials, were prepared based on interactive learning activities aimed at ensuring the correct organization of the prosecutor's authority in conducting judicial proceedings, understanding the legal basis of judicial proceedings, their application, and the preparation of procedural documents prepared by the prosecutor.

The training activities during the skills development course focused on the content and significance of ongoing judicial and legal reforms in the country, as well as specific issues related to improving the practice of the sole judiciary.

The final stage of the skills development course at the Academy involved strengthening the knowledge and skills of participants through training and teaching methods in an immediate classroom setting, analyzing complex situations, and finding solutions to cases.

Participants' progress in adapting to the course program was assessed, and certificates were awarded upon completion of the skills development course.
