The training course on ensuring legality in the conduct of work has been completed

Organized at the Law Enforcement Academy, the course aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of district (city) prosecutors and their assistants on "Ensuring legality in the conduct of civic, economic, and public-legal affairs in the courts, as well as the role of the prosecutor."

This training course was conducted in a blended learning format, utilizing modern pedagogical and information-communication technologies in both distance learning and classroom activities. The curriculum included materials, practical examples, tests, and multimedia learning materials related to the duties and responsibilities of prosecutors in judicial proceedings.

The course focused on the content and significance of legal reforms and improvements in the justice system, as well as shaping the practice of individual court proceedings. It also emphasized the role of prosecutors in ensuring the proper exercise of their authority, understanding the legal foundations of conducting proceedings and using procedural documents prepared by prosecutors.

The final stage of the course consisted of interactive training and analysis of real-life cases to strengthen the knowledge and confidence of participants. Participants were evaluated, and certificates were awarded upon completion of the course.

Based on the approved program, the training was conducted in a blended learning format, with synchronous learning activities organized every week, supplemented by monitoring of individual progress during the week, to ensure compliance with current legal requirements and address topic-related questions.

During the final phase of the training course, participants' knowledge and skills were further reinforced through direct classroom activities and discussions, utilizing training and interactive teaching methods, and identifying solutions for complex situations and cases. Participants' progress in mastering the course program was assessed.
