Training Course on Law Enforcement to Combat Forced Labor and Human Trafficking

Deputies, assistants, and assistants of district (city) prosecutors in the internal affairs bodies for control over the implementation of legislation, assistants in control over the implementation of legislation in the social and economic spheres, to the issues of determining cases of violation of the law on combating forced labor and human trafficking, drawing up documents and providing a legal assessment of the actions of offenders a dedicated training course has begun.

This course is planned to be held in a completely distance form, and students will participate in the training through the information and education portal of the Academy without leaving the main workplace.

The course sessions included innovations in the current legislation, systemic problems and shortcomings in practice, ways to solve them, and other topical issues of prosecutorial control over the implementation of legislation on combating forced labor and human trafficking.

As part of the preparation for the beginning of the educational process, a seminar in the form of an audio conference dedicated to the organizational issues of this course, the procedure for completing the distance course, and practical tasks were organized for the audience.
