The final state certification for the specialties of "Prosecutorial Activity," "Investigative Activity," "Combatting Corruption," and "International Human Rights Law" has been carried out for the master's students at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The final state certification is considered as a mandatory part of the master's education program, in which the protection of master's dissertations prepared by the students is taken into account.
The final state certification, held from July 24th to 27th of the current year, was chaired by the Director of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Professor U.Tukhtasheva. The commission also included the Director of the National Center for Human Rights of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the head of the Supreme Prosecutor's Office, experienced practitioners, professors and teachers from the Academy and other partner higher education institutions.
During the academic year, the students defended their master's dissertations, which were prepared based on in-depth analysis of issues related to the application of law in their field of study and practical experience.
They provided comprehensive answers to questions posed by specialists in the field during the process of defending their dissertations.
