The defense of dissertation work

During the meeting of the Scientific Council at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the independent researcher M. Abdulkhakimov successfully defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty 12.00.07 - "Judicial Power. Prosecutorial Supervision. Organization of Law Enforcement Activities. Advocacy" on the topic "Issues of Improving Prosecutor's Supervision over the Implementation of Legislative Acts on Criminal Law".

The research was conducted within the framework of legal norms and practical recommendations for organizing prosecutor's supervision over the implementation of legislative acts on criminal law.

Based on the results of the dissertation defense, the members of the Council considered it worthy for the candidate to be awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the field of legal sciences.
