Masterclass with the participation of a labor law practitioner

The Academy, in cooperation with the Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment of the Republic of Uzbekistan, held a master class on the topic of "Concept of employment contract, basics of termination of employment contract" for the second-year Bachelor's program students in Crime Prevention and Public Safety.

During the event, A. Khudoinazarov, the chief of the Labor Department of the Ministry's State Labor Inspectorate, shared his practical insights regarding the conclusion of the labor contract, its requirements, and its cancellation.

Through practical examples, various flaws in the application of labor legislation in state organizations and agencies, its correct and accurate execution, and situations linked to reinstatement in courts were also emphasized.

Students got in-depth answers to the questions they were interested in during the master class.
