The next seminar-training on improving the pedagogical skills of professors and teachers

Toshbekova, Head of the Department of Work with Youth, Spirituality and Enlightenment of the University of Science and Technologies at the Academy within the framework of systematic work on improving the pedagogical skills of professors and teachers of the Law Enforcement Academy, introducing innovative technologies and methods into the educational process The  seminar-training was organized on the topic "The importance of interactive educational methods in the formation of pedagogical communication and audience management".

In the seminar-training, detailed information was given about the importance of pedagogical communication of professors and teachers in ensuring active participation of students in training sessions in higher education institutions and methods of its development. In addition, short lectures and practical trainings were organized on issues such as the role of interactive educational methods in audience management, their types, classification, specific features, and methods of using them in the course of the lesson.

The trainer also gave practical recommendations on the use of interactive educational methods.

At the end of the seminar-training, the questions of the participants were answered in detail.
