A training course devoted to issues of ensuring legality in criminal proceedings and execution of court decisions

In the academy, a training course was held for district (city) prosecutors and their assistants on the topic of "Issues of ensuring legality in criminal proceedings and execution of court decisions".

This advanced training course is organized in the form of mixed education, it was organized using modern pedagogical and information and communication technologies in the form of distance education and classroom training.

The educational program was formed by the professors and teachers of the Academy on the basis of presentation materials, practical examples, tests and cases, and multimedia educational materials based on current issues in prosecutor's practice.

The training sessions are devoted to the organizational and legal foundations of the prosecutor's office, as well as ensuring the authority of the prosecutor in the trial of criminal cases in courts and legality in the execution of court decisions.

During the training sessions, the innovations introduced into the current legislation in the context of judicial reforms being carried out in our country, the need to improve the institution of review of court decisions, the problems that exist in practice related to the execution of court decisions and their solutions were covered.

The knowledge acquired by the trainees during the training course was tested during the discussion of the laboratory works performed by them independently.

Certificates were given to the trainees based on the results of the exam.
