On December 1-2, 2023, an international conference will be held on the occasion of the anniversary of the founding of the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the topic: "Legal education and science in law enforcement: current trends and prospects".
The conference is organized by the Law Enforcement Academy with the support of the NGO "Regional Dialogue", GIZ, the Council of Europe, OSCE, UNODC, IRZ and other international organizations.
The event is expected to be attended by more than 40 foreign experts in the field of science and education, as well as heads and specialists of institutions from 20 countries and 10 international organizations.
The conference program provides for a plenary session on the topic: "Legal education and science in law enforcement: current trends and prospects", as well as parallel sessions on the topics: "Human rights education", "Implementation of international standards in the field of combating corruption and money laundering" and "Modern approaches to education and training investigative personnel".
The event will begin on December 1, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Tashkent time (UTC+05:00) at the HILTON Hotel (Tashkent city).
According to the results of the international scientific and practical conference, it is planned to publish a collection of scientific articles and abstracts.
