A roundtable discussion was held on issues of ensuring legality in judicial and investigative activities

The Academy organized a roundtable discussion on "Ensuring legality in judicial-investigative activities" with the participation of representatives of the General Prosecutor's Office, judges of the Tashkent city court and students of the Academy.

During the interview, the students were given detailed information about the reforms and changes that are being carried out in the field of judicial law in our country today, the shortcomings in the investigation and judicial practice, and the actions that should be taken to avoid them.

During the event, the students received full answers to the questions on the legal status of the judge and the state prosecutor in the criminal proceedings and their procedural powers, the circumstances that should be taken into account during the sentencing process, and a number of other topics.

At the end of the event, it was agreed to organize regular meetings between the court and prosecutor's office and students.
