Another training seminar on improving the pedagogical skills of the teaching staff

As part of the systematic work to improve the pedagogical skills of the teaching staff, the introduction of innovative methods and technologies in the educational process at the Law Enforcement Academy, another training seminar was organized on the topic: "Methods of developing the communicative abilities of a teacher" with the participation of Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy of the International University of Nordic, PhD in Philological Sciences (PhD) S.H.Shomurodova.

The training seminar provides detailed information on the importance of teacher's communicative competence, types, rules, the concept of communicative competence, its characteristics, and the methodology of its development in ensuring active learning of students and listeners in the educational process of higher educational institutions.

Practical classes on the methods of developing a teacher's communicative competence were also conducted.

At the end of the training seminar, a question and answer session on the topic was held, detailed answers were given to the questions of the participants.
