Participation in an event dedicated to the International Anti-Corruption Day

Representatives of the Academy took part in a seminar organized by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan as part of the International Anti-Corruption Day on the topic: "Implementation of an internal system of anti-corruption control and factors of effective management in the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and commercial banks".

The event was attended by the leadership of the Central Bank and all commercial banks, as well as the heads of their anti-corruption units.

The seminar featured presentations by the leadership of the Central Bank and the Accounting Chamber, responsible employees of the international academy CERT, the Law Enforcement Academy, and Joint-Stock Commercial Bank “Promstroybank”.

In particular, the head of the Scientific and Educational Center for Combating Corruption of the Academy, Kh. Tursunbekov, in his speech, informed the participants about the practice of ensuring accountability for corruption in the republic, as well as the reforms implemented in this area.
