The leadership of the Law Enforcement Academy, headed by the Prosecutor General, is visiting the State of Qatar as part of the delegation from the Republic of Uzbekistan.
As part of the visit on January 23, 2024, members of the delegation visited the Center for Legal and Judicial Research at the Ministry of Justice in Qatar.
During the meeting, the Director of the Qatari Center for Legal and Judicial Research, Dr. Saleh Ali Al-Fadala, familiarized members of the Uzbek delegation with the activities of the Center in training and professional development of legal personnel, as well as employees of the judicial system and prosecutor's offices.
The First Deputy Head of the Academy, E.V. Kolenko, informed Qatari colleagues about the processes of implementing a qualitatively new system for training, retraining, and professional development of law enforcement officers based on close interaction between education, science, and practice.
As a result of the meeting, it was decided to develop and implement measures to establish close cooperation between the Law Enforcement Academy and the Center for Legal and Judicial Research in the field of training and professional development of personnel in this area, as well as conducting joint scientific research on relevant issues of jurisprudence and law enforcement practice.
