A professional retraining course was organized with the participation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs inquiry and investigation staff

Within the framework of the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the introduction of a qualitatively new system of training qualified personnel in the field of criminal investigation" No. DP-257, a professional retraining course for employees of the inquiry and investigation structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has started at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In order to ensure the rule of law and strengthen legitimacy in the process of comprehensive reforms implemented in our country based on the professional retraining course program, in order to timely expose crimes, effectively determine the methodology and tactics of crime investigation, develop the skills of independent work in criminal cases, as well as pre-investigation inspection documents and crime based on the study of their work, it is planned to conduct theoretical and practical trainings, including the issues of analysis and diagnosis in the section of their separate types, as well as methodological and consultative provision of crime prevention and crime fighting activities.

During the course of professional retraining, trainees develop relevant professional legal explanations and recommendations based on the analysis of problematic situations arising in their practical activities, with the participation of professors and teachers of the Academy and other specialists involved in the training.

At the end of the professional retraining course, diplomas will be awarded to the trainees.
