In collaboration with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the Academy is implementing a joint 'Road Traffic Safety' project.

The project, which started in September 2023, is planned for two years and involves six international experts from Japan.

During this period, a series of analyses and research studies were conducted in Uzbekistan, including regional visits, by several JICA experts as part of the project.

Based on the results of the conducted research, on May 30 of this year, the first deputy head of the Academy, Ye.V.Kolenko, held a meeting with the deputy head of the 'Road Traffic Safety' project, Ch.Vatanabe.

During the meeting, the Japanese experts discussed the work completed over the past period and the future tasks involved in implementing the project.
