Academy Student Wins World Grappling Championship

The Academy places great emphasis on sports and the physical development of youth. The Academy's leadership creates all the necessary conditions for sports activities and encourages students to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.

From July 19 to 21 of this year, the World Grappling Championship was held in Andijan region. Many renowned athletes from around the world participated in the championship, which was organized at a high level. The championship, held among athletes from different countries, was marked by high competition and difficulty.

A student of our Academy, Shamshir Shakirovich Guliev, participated in the 81 kg category and won the title of world champion. Shamshir demonstrated his high athletic skills, defeating his opponents. This victory became not only his personal achievement but also a source of pride for the entire Academy team.
