Prospective areas of cooperation with the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation and the Saint Petersburg Academy were discussed

As part of the implementation of the cooperation agreement, an official visit of S.Yu. Melikhov, Scientific Secretary of the Saint Petersburg Academy of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, to the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan took place.

During the visit, the parties discussed the possibilities of taking their cooperation to a qualitatively new level in training, retraining, and improving the qualifications of personnel in investigative and other areas of law enforcement activities, based on modern educational programs and advanced international standards.

S.Yu. Melikhov was also introduced to the activities of the Academy, the training process for employees of prosecution and investigative bodies, the new pedagogical methods and modern technologies used in education, the training infrastructure, and the conditions created for professors, lecturers, and trainees.

At the conclusion of the constructive dialogue, both sides agreed to intensify their cooperation in all areas.
