About the Academy: Based on the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. DP–257, dated November 28, 2022, "On the Introduction of a New System for Training Qualified Personnel in the Field of Criminal Investigation," the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan was established on the basis of the Academy of the General Prosecutor's Office.
At present, the Academy needs to temporarily engage a specialist in the field of accounting. If the documents submitted by the specialist are approved, a bilateral civil law contract will be signed between the specialist and the Academy.
Responsibilities of the Specialist:
In accordance with the calendar schedule of works attached to the agreement on the provision of services related to accounting under the instructions of the Academy's management, the specialist shall perform the following services (hereinafter referred to as "services"):
- Monitor the proper implementation of salary and equivalent payment expenses and develop proposals for saving funds;
- Work with the accounting software UzASBO-2, prepare sub-account entries for accounting in this program;
- Record the main assets purchased for the Academy, revalue the main assets and prepare depreciation entries, form documentation for asset disposal;
- Record funds received in the Academy's extrabudgetary development fund and form expenditure reports for these funds;
- Record goods and material assets purchased for the Academy and form disposal documentation based on an act;
- Enter contracts concluded with other organizations into the UzASBO-2 program, form reports on receivables and payables under contracts registered with the treasury bodies.
Requirements for the Candidate:
- Higher or incomplete higher education in economics (specialized), and at least two years of experience in financial and economic activities within budgetary organizations;
- Experience in accounting and financial reporting;
- Knowledge of regulations, instructions, and other guiding documents related to the preparation and processing of accounting documents;
- Knowledge of the procedure for concluding contracts with other organizations in the field of accounting;
- Proficiency in Uzbek and Russian languages.
Duration of the Work:
This job is fixed for a period of 6 (six) months, with the possibility of employment at the Academy under a fixed-term labor contract if needed in the future.
Payment:
The payment for the work will be determined by mutual agreement between the parties and will be paid based on the results of the work. The payment amount ranges from three million to twelve million Uzbek soums, depending on the results of the competition.
Requirements: Initiative, ability to work well with a team, and timely and high-quality completion of assigned tasks.
Working hours: The working hours consist of a 40-hour week, with a 5-day work schedule.
The candidate must personally apply to the Academy's HR department with a civil passport or ID card, and submit the necessary documents (identity document, resume, diploma of higher education and its attachment, a copy of the labor book, and a TIN certificate). After reviewing the submitted documents, the candidate will undergo an interview with the commission if necessary.
