About the Academy: Based on the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF–257, dated November 28, 2022, "On the Introduction of a New System for Training Qualified Personnel in the Field of Criminal Investigation," the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan was established on the basis of the Academy of the General Prosecutor's Office.
At present, the Academy needs to temporarily engage a Chief Specialist in Marketing. If the documents submitted by the Chief Specialist are approved, a bilateral civil law contract will be signed between the specialist and the Academy.
Responsibilities of the Specialist:
In accordance with the calendar schedule of works attached to the agreement on the provision of services in the field of marketing under the instructions of the Academy's management, the specialist shall perform the following services (hereinafter referred to as "services"):
- Develop proposals for the strategic development of the Academy and ensure its financial independence;
- Analyze the tuition fees set by all higher educational institutions operating in Uzbekistan and submit proposals to the Academy's management for setting the annual tuition fees;
- Develop and submit projects and proposals aimed at increasing the Academy's extrabudgetary income and monitor their implementation;
- Oversee the funding for establishing the Academy's publishing activities;
- Propose measures to enhance the Academy's competitiveness in higher education;
- Study international and national experience and develop proposals and projects for organizing various courses at the Academy.
Requirements for the Candidate:
- Higher or incomplete higher education, and experience in financial activities within budget organizations;
- Knowledge of regulations, instructions, and other guiding documents related to the preparation and processing of marketing-related documents;
- Proficiency in Uzbek, Russian, and English (preference will be given).
Duration of the Work:
This job is fixed for a period of 6 (six) months, with the possibility of employment at the Academy under a fixed-term labor contract if needed in the future.
Payment:
The payment for the work will be determined by mutual agreement between the parties and will be paid based on the results of the work. The payment amount ranges from three million to twelve million Uzbek soums, depending on the results of the competition.
Requirements: Initiative, ability to work well with a team, and timely and high-quality completion of assigned tasks.
Working hours: The working hours consist of a 40-hour week, with a 5-day work schedule.
The candidate must personally apply to the Academy's HR department with a civil passport or ID card and submit the necessary documents (identity document, resume, diploma of higher education and its attachment, a copy of the labor book, and a TIN certificate). After reviewing the submitted documents, the candidate will undergo an interview with the commission if necessary.
