A seminar-training session on improving the teaching skills of the faculty was held

The Law Enforcement Academy is carrying out consistent and systematic work to enhance the pedagogical skills of its faculty, implement innovative methods and technologies into the educational process, and improve the quality of teaching.

As part of this effort, on September 16, 2024, the Academy organized a seminar-training session with the participation of A.A. Vakhobov, PhD in Pedagogical Sciences and Associate Professor of the "Pedagogy" Department of the Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical University. The seminar was titled "Professional Education: The 4C Creative Potential Development Technology".

The seminar-training highlighted the essence of competence-based education, designed based on modern approaches to preparing qualified personnel in higher educational institutions. It also covered the specifics and main components of the 4C model (communication, collaboration, creativity, critical thinking) aimed at developing soft skills in students. Detailed explanations were provided on methods for cultivating these soft skills.

Participants of the seminar-training had all their questions addressed.
