Next Seminar-Training on Enhancing the Pedagogical Skills of Professors and Teachers

The Law Enforcement Academy is conducting consistent and systematic work to improve the pedagogical skills of its professors and teachers, to integrate innovative technologies and methodologies into the educational process, and to enhance the quality of education.

As part of this effort, the Academy hosted a seminar-training session with Professor D. Rakhmatullayeva from the "Educational Management" Department of the Institute for Professional Education Development under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation, and Dr. N. Roziqova, the head of the "Personnel Management" Department of the same institute, on the topic: "Using Interactive Methods in Adult Education and Andragogy."

The seminar thoroughly covered the concept of andragogy, its goals, tasks, principles, and the unique aspects of adult education, as well as the types and methodologies of applying interactive methods in adult education. During the training, participants engaged in practical exercises on using interactive methods.

At the end of the seminar-training, participants received detailed answers to their questions on the topic.
