A special training was organized at the Academy to prepare students for participation in the competition for the best anti-corruption project, titled "Youth Anti-Corruption Initiative".
The training was conducted by M. Hakimdzhanova, an expert from the Academy’s Project Management Department, and aimed at developing knowledge and skills in planning, preparing, and presenting projects. Members of the "Ҳалоллик йўли" / "Path of Integrity" club, comprised of master’s and bachelor’s students from the Academy, took an active part in the training. The event served as a support factor for the realization of youth initiatives in anti-corruption activities and the development of a culture of integrity.
Participants received practical recommendations on properly formulating project goals, defining objectives and resources, effective time management methods, resource allocation and budgeting, progress monitoring techniques, risk management, leadership development, team motivation, and effective collaboration within the project team.
Beyond the practical significance of the training, the high motivation of the students lays the foundation for positive outcomes in supporting youth anti-corruption initiatives.
