ANNOUNCEMENT: International Scientific and Practical Conference


On November 21–22, 2024, an international conference will be held to commemorate the second anniversary of the founding of the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The conference will focus on the theme: “Global Challenges and Threats in Law Enforcement: Modern Strategies and Solutions”.

The event is expected to bring together over 50 international experts in science and education, as well as numerous national experts, leading scholars, and practitioners in the field of law enforcement.

The conference program includes a Plenary Session on the topic:
“Global Challenges and Threats in Law Enforcement: Modern Strategies and Solutions”.

Additionally, parallel sessions will be held on the following topics:

  • “Combating Corruption, Money Laundering, and Financing of Terrorism: Modern Challenges and Trends”
  • “New Approaches to Investigative Activities: The Role of Digital Forensics”
  • “Science and Education in the Field of Law Enforcement”
  • “Enhancing the Effectiveness of Prosecutorial Oversight of Human Trafficking Investigations”

As part of the event, a Model Conference of States Parties to the UN Convention Against Corruption will be held under the theme: “Implementation Mechanism of the UN Convention Against Corruption: Second Cycle Review”.

Following the international scientific and practical conference, a collection of scientific articles and theses is planned to be published.
