The Center for Office-Registrar of the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan announces a competition for the position of specialist (technical documentation author) to develop the terms of reference for an electronic platform on a temporary contract basis.
About the Academy:
By the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-257 dated November 28, 2022, “On the Introduction of a Qualitatively New System for Training Qualified Personnel in the Field of Crime Investigation”, the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan was established on the basis of the Academy of the Prosecutor General's Office.
Currently, the Academy is engaged in digitizing the student performance ranking system. To achieve this, it is necessary to develop terms of reference for an electronic platform to manage the rankings of students, trainees, and doctoral candidates of the Academy.
In this regard, there is a need to hire a specialist (technical documentation author) on a temporary basis to prepare the terms of reference for the electronic platform.
Upon approval of the documents submitted by the specialist, a bilateral civil contract will be concluded between the specialist and the Academy.
Responsibilities of the Specialist (Technical Documentation Author) for Developing the Terms of Reference for the Electronic Platform:
Familiarizing with all regulatory and internal documents governing the educational and research activities of students, trainees, and doctoral candidates of the Academy.
Observing, on a selective basis, the academic and research processes of the Academy's students to understand their performance, participation in research activities, attendance, engagement in clubs, sports competitions, cultural, and educational events.
Participating in processes related to incentivizing good behavior, implementing disciplinary measures for violations, and other aspects of academic life.
Identifying platform functionalities, such as grade input, ranking calculations, report creation, and visualization.
Clarifying requirements for the platform's speed, stability, and scalability.
Designing a user-friendly interface and enhanced user experience for students, trainees, doctoral candidates, and responsible staff of the Academy.
Creating a database for ranking management.
Ensuring data confidentiality and security.
Integrating the platform with other academic systems.
Conducting functionality, security, and performance tests for the platform.
Developing a schedule for system implementation, testing, and support.
Candidate Requirements:
Higher education and at least 4 years of experience in developing terms of reference for electronic platforms.
Age between 25 and 55 years.
Possess intellectual, cultural, creative, and organizational qualities.
Working Conditions:
Project duration: 2 months.
Work schedule: 40 hours per week, 5-day workweek.
Payment: By mutual agreement.
