Conducting a Training Seminar on Enhancing Pedagogical Skills of the Faculty


The Law Enforcement Academy is conducting consistent and systematic work to enhance the pedagogical skills of its faculty, introduce innovative methods and technologies into the educational process, and improve the quality of education.

On November 25th , 2024, as part of this initiative, the Academy organized a seminar-training session featuring Professor Sh.Kh.Pozilova, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences and Professor of the Department of “Information Educational Technology” at Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi. The seminar's topic was: “Pedagogical Foundations for Developing Scientific-Innovative Competence in the Digital Educational Environment”.

During the seminar, topics such as the concept of innovation in education, the necessity and importance of scientific-innovative competence, the content and essence of seven popular trends in education, and the potential of utilizing international databases such as ProQuest, ScienceDirect, and ResearchGate were discussed. Additionally, participants explored analytical and visual analysis of scientific materials and the importance of using artificial intelligence tools.

Practical exercises were conducted as part of the seminar-training, where participants created their own database of scientific articles using these platforms.

At the end of the seminar-training, participants received answers to their questions on the topics discussed.
