The Academy is actively implementing a program aimed at entering the world’s most prestigious "TOP-1000" university rankings. As part of this initiative, the Academy has aligned its operations and internal documents with international ranking standards. The Academy has developed a Unified Policy and a Sustainability Policy, which outline its core principles and guidelines across more than 20 areas, including education and research, academic integrity and freedom, accountability, responsible consumption, efficient use of energy and resources, "green" procurement and so on.
This year, the Academy published its first Sustainability Report and launched a dedicated webpage on the topic. The report highlights the Academy’s efforts in alignment with the 16 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), emphasizing initiatives that promote transparency, accountability, and effective governance, in line with both national and international strategies. It also showcases the Academy’s commitment to incorporating SDG principles into its educational programs, research activities, and institutional practices.
In addition, the Academy has developed elective courses on sustainable development to further integrate these principles into its curriculum. The Academy continues to participate in masterclasses and seminars organized by international ranking agencies to improve its ranking indicators.
In 2024, the Academy was included for the first time in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2025 and Interdisciplinary Science Rankings 2025 with the status of "Reporter." This recognition affirms the Academy’s dedication to advancing education and research in law enforcement, expanding international cooperation, and fostering an innovative academic environment. The Academy continues to work toward further recognition and inclusion in prestigious international rankings in the near future.
