Conducting a seminar-training to enhance the potential of faculty members

The Law Enforcement Academy is carrying out consistent and systematic efforts to improve the teaching skills of its faculty members, introduce innovative methods and technologies into the educational process, and enhance the quality of education.

As part of these activities, the Academy organized another seminar-training session with the participation of S.Kh.Shomuradova, Associate Professor of the Pedagogy Department at the International Nordic University in Tashkent and a member of the Writers’ Union of Uzbekistan. The topic of the seminar was «Teacher’s speech technique and the culture of oratory art».

During the seminar, various issues were addressed, including the speech technique of teachers, the components of speech technique, the factors shaping speech technique, the culture of oratory art and its content, forms of speech and methods of their application, and ways to improve the effectiveness of a teacher's speech. Methods for developing a culture of oratory art were also presented in detail.

With the active participation of attendees, practical exercises to develop oratory skills were conducted during the seminar-training.

At the end of the session, participants received answers to their questions on the topics discussed.
