As part of the traditional Science Hour held at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a master class on "Subjective and Objective Factors Hindering the Development of Science" was conducted by Professor Z. Esanova, Doctor of Law, Chairman of the Expert Council on Legal Sciences of the Higher Attestation Commission, and an Honored Lawyer of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The event was attended by representatives from the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law Enforcement Academy, the National Human Rights Centre, the Institute of State and Law of the Academy of Sciences, Tashkent State University of Law, the University of Public Safety, as well as doctoral candidates, independent researchers, and other members of the scientific community.
