In order to familiarize themselves with the activities of the Constitutional Court and gain in-depth knowledge of its role in ensuring constitutional legality in the country, undergraduate students of the Law Enforcement Academy visited the Constitutional Court.
During the event, students had the opportunity to learn about the role of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan in modernizing state and public life, as well as in further strengthening constitutional legality in the country. They also gained insight into the Court’s powers in determining the compliance of legislative acts with the Constitution and interpreting constitutional norms and laws.
Additionally, lectures were delivered by Constitutional Court judges K.F. Kamilov and A.E. Rakhmanov, which provided detailed information about the activities and powers of the Constitutional Court, along with conclusions and recommendations based on their extensive professional experience.
During the visit, future legal professionals acquired essential knowledge on the direct application of the Constitution, which will contribute to their effective fulfillment of professional duties in the future.
