As part of the implementation of the instructions of the General prosecutor to ensure a close connection between the educational process and the professional activities of the prosecution authorities, the Law enforcement academy organized a professional development course involving personnel from the Corps of specialized prosecutors of the relevant departments of regional and equivalent-level prosecutor’s offices, as well as district (city) prosecutor’s offices. The course was held on the topic: “Improving the efficiency of prosecutorial participation in economic, civil, and administrative proceedings”.
The training program covered general issues related to the activities of the prosecution authorities, as well as the exercise of prosecutorial powers in civil, economic, and administrative court proceedings. Special attention was paid to recent legislative changes and their practical application.
