Practice-oriented and dual education are among the Academy’s top priorities

The Academy has introduced a dual education system, which consists of 50% classroom instruction and 50% practical training. At present, final-year bachelor’s students are undergoing professional practice at their future workplaces. Under the guidance of the Academy’s faculty, students across the regions of the country are assigned to investigative units of internal affairs bodies and the prosecutor’s office, where they receive training in conditions closely resembling real professional activity.

The Academy’s leadership ensures the coordination of professional practice processes. The deputy of the General prosecutor of the Republic of Uzbekistan, acting head of the Law Enforcement Academy, State counselor of justice, 3rd class, S. I. Samadov, held a practical meeting with the Academy’s students undergoing dual education in the Andijan region.

The event took place at the Andijan city department of Internal Affairs, with the participation of representatives from the regional prosecutor’s office and the department of Internal Affairs. During the meeting, participants discussed the progress of practice-oriented training, the organization of the educational process on site, and the interaction between the Academy and the region’s law enforcement agencies.

In his address to the students, S. I. Samadov emphasized the importance of combining theoretical knowledge with practical skills and highlighted its significance in preparing highly qualified specialists in the field.

Following the meeting, specific recommendations were given to responsible officials and students aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of practice-oriented training for future law enforcement professionals.
