Anti-corruption education in the modern educational paradigm: Uzbekistan’s experience presented at the international level


The first deputy head of the Law enforcement academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, doctor of philosophy in law (PhD), professor E. V. Kolenko, took part in the expert session on the topic “Anti-corruption education in the paradigm of modern education
, held online within the framework of the international scientific-educational congress “Intellectual code of the commonwealth” (IN-CODE).

IN-CODE - is an international platform for dialogue among scholars, educators, experts, and representatives of government institutions working in the fields of science and education. It aims to promote scientific cooperation and the development of a unified educational space.

In his report titled “A new paradigm of anti-corruption education: integration of science, technology, and the culture of integrity, professor Kolenko presented Uzbekistan’s national experience in developing an innovative system of continuous anti-corruption education, digitalizing educational processes, and improving methodological approaches. He emphasized the importance of a comprehensive approach to fostering a culture of integrity, one that unites scientific research, educational technologies, and moral education practices.

Within the framework of the expert session, representatives of leading scientific and educational institutions, law enforcement agencies, and international organizations of the CIS member states took part.

During the dialogue, participants put forward proposals aimed at strengthening anti-corruption education, enhancing scientific-practical cooperation, and promoting the exchange of experience.
