The Law enforcement academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan has been recognised in the Times Higher Education Interdisciplinary Science Rankings (ISR) 2026 and has received the status of “reporter”. This result reflects the high evaluation given to the Academy’s developing interdisciplinary research and demonstrates growing attention to a direction acknowledged as one of the key trends in modern science.
The ISR 2026 ranking has continued to expand its coverage, encompassing 911 universities from 94 countries and regions. A distinctive feature of the project is that it specifically assesses the contribution of higher education institutions to interdisciplinary research. The ranking methodology is based on 11 indicators, covering all stages of the scientific process, including resources and research capacity, research activity and scholar productivity, international reputation, and scientific impact.
The Academy’s inclusion in this list confirms the sustainable dynamics of its institutional development, its consistent integration into the international scientific community, and the relevance of its ongoing work to advance interdisciplinary research.
