The Academy announces a competition for the position of specialist in the development of technical specifications for information systems (temporary work on a contractual basis).

The Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan was established in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 28, 2022 No. UP-257 "On the Introduction of a Qualitatively New System for Training Qualified Personnel in the Field of Crime Investigation," and today, in order to create digital educational platforms, improve existing information systems, and systematically organize the processes of implementing new projects at the Academy, there is a need to temporarily involve a highly qualified analytical engineer in the development of technical specifications (TS) for information systems.

In case of approval of the documents submitted by the specialist, a bilateral civil law agreement is signed between him and the Academy.

The specialist performs the following tasks:

Development of technical specifications (TS) for information systems, web portals, mobile applications, and educational platforms;

Analysis of business processes, collection of requirements, clear formation of functional and non-functional requirements;

Conducting discussions with stakeholders, departments and experts, coordinating requirements;

System architecture, data flow (DFD), UML diagrams, integration drawings;

Development of technical requirements for APIs, modules and microservices;

Identification of integration solutions between systems (SSO, API Gateway, external services);

Coordination of the activities of project developers and participation in technical supervision based on TT;

Formation of test scenarios (test case), acceptance criteria, and the logic of the workflow;

Technical assistance and methodological support in the process of implementing the system.

Requirements for the candidate:

Possession of higher education in the field of information technology, software engineering, business requirements analysis, etc.;

at least 3 years of work experience in the field of preparation of technical specifications, functional requirements, technical documentation;

Have skills in working with modeling tools such as UML, BPMN, DFD, ERD;

Have an understanding of the architecture of information systems, integration processes, and API structure;

Possession of general technical knowledge of the principles of Front-end and Back-end operation;

Understanding SQL basics, database structure, logical drawings;

Skills in using tools such as "Jira," "Confluence," "Notion," "Figma," "Draw.io";

Strong competence in technical analysis, problem identification, and suggestion of solutions.

Working conditions:

Working period - 6 (six) months. In the future, if necessary, the candidate can be hired on the basis of an employment contract.

The amount of payment for the work performed is determined by agreement of the parties.

Working hours - 5 days a week, 8 hours a day (40-hour work schedule).

Place of work - work in the Academy building in person or in a hybrid form, specified in the contract.

Candidates must possess the following personal qualities:

Analytical thinking and logical approach;

Ability to communicate effectively with the team;

Responsibility, firmness, and completion of tasks within the established timeframe;

Initiative and the desire to find solutions to problems.
