Currently, there is a need to involve a tutor from the Department of Youth Affairs, Spirituality, and Enlightenment in the activities of the Law Enforcement Academy.
The tutor performs the following tasks:
Regular engagement in the spiritual, moral, and professional education of students.
Coordination and monitoring of the educational, spiritual, and scientific activities of students.
Systematic monitoring and analysis of students' academic performance and class attendance.
Regular (at least once every two months) visits to the addresses of students living in dormitories, rented homes, close relatives, and their own homes, studying the conditions there and taking measures to improve them.
Conducting conversations on spiritual, educational, and socio-political topics with students in the assigned groups based on a schedule, and organizing regular communication with the parents of students.
Organization of "Information and Mentorship Hour," "Soft Skills" trainings in groups once a week based on the lesson schedule and ensuring its effectiveness.
Formation and maintenance of individual files (portfolios) of students in tutoring groups, maintenance of a log for recording "Tutoring Hours" lessons and activities in the work plan.
Regular meetings with parents to provide relevant information on students' etiquette, behavior, and compliance with internal regulations.
Familiarization of students and their parents or other legal representatives with the Internal Regulations, the Internal Regulations of the Academy Dormitory, and other regulatory documents governing educational activities.
Immediately inform the Academy management about emergencies related to students.
Conducting regular explanatory work among students on the prevention of offenses and crime, as well as religious extremism, with the participation of specialists in the field.
Organization of ongoing preventive work against the harmful consequences of the use of alcohol, tobacco, and psychotropic substances.
Identifying students in need of material assistance, submitting proposals to the Management on their social support.
Monitoring the compliance of students with the requirements established by the Internal Regulations and other internal (local) documents, and submitting proposals for taking appropriate measures against students who violate these documents.
Organization of the work of student clubs and circles assigned to him/her, ensuring maximum membership of students in them, and monitoring the participation of students in the activities of these circles.
Constantly improve one's skills, professional training, theoretical knowledge, and work experience.
In their activities, the tutor also fulfills the requirements of current legislation, local acts of the Academy, and other obligations.
Requirements for the candidate:
Tutors must have higher education.
Not younger than 25 years, not older than 55 years.
be engaged in pedagogical and psychological, educational, methodological, managerial activities in the education system, have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of youth affairs and spiritual and educational direction.
not deprived of the right to education in accordance with legislative acts.
a sense of responsibility, the ability to act independently
Recruitment for tutoring is carried out in the manner prescribed by the internal local acts of the Academy and is carried out by order of the head of the Academy.

Working hours: 40 hours per week, 5-day work schedule.
The applicant must personally apply to the Personnel Department of the Academy with a civil passport or ID card and submit the relevant documents (identity document, ID card, diploma of higher education and its appendix, TIN certificate). After reviewing the submitted documents, if necessary, an interview is conducted with the applicant as part of the commission.
